We are looking for an Project Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role involves overseeing key programs, managing member services, and ensuring seamless administrative support for various initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Train and support members on tools such as the company website and social media platforms, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate and oversee critical programs, including performance training, membership initiatives, and event planning for summits and coaching programs.
• Handle logistics, communications, and event-related tasks to ensure successful program execution.
• Manage application processes, awards distribution, and coordination for foundation programs.
• Provide proactive administrative support to maintain quality control and enhance the member experience.
• Develop and distribute training materials while offering ongoing assistance to members.
• Organize and execute logistics for special projects and corporate events.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure all project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Asana, and AI applications to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and improve processes to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
• Proven experience in project management, with formal training or a PMP certification preferred.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and cross-functional project collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with tools like Canva and Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate events and manage logistics.
• Technical adaptability and openness to using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
