We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is all about helping end users resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently while keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be working during U.S. business hours, providing support across a range of systems and tools.
What You’ll Do
Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware, Windows, Linux, and basic scripting.
Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
Work with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Follow established procedures and best practices to perform support tasks.
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in IT or a related field preferred.
0–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
Familiarity with common IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
VMware administration
Windows and Linux system administration
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
Customer service and support experience
