Drive technical initiatives from kickoff to closure according to Vista Globals Program Framework, maintaining transparency, compliance, best practices, standardized delivery, and value realization; Attend stand-ups and lead relevant program meetings and workshops; Conduct risk management and manage timelines for technical and business impact; Train and foster adoption of Vista Global core systems across entities; Identify and solve issues post-go live; Interact with and report progress to VPs, directors, business leads, product, and engineering; Partner with Product and business teams to understand pain points, convert them into Program requirements, and generate action plans; Act as a primary initiative manager; guide secondary program managers and conduct daily meetings; Telecommuting/Work from home is permitted four days a week. 3 years experience as Program Manager, Operations Analyst/Coordinator, or similar. Understanding of private aviation dynamics and best practices, logistical & financial operations, customer service, maintenance, sales, compliance, and safety; Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices; Presentation, Excel modeling, Gantt chart & road mapping, status reporting; Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills; Experience with: Change management; Conducting meetings with executives and stakeholders; Agile delivery and SDLC; Developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives; Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions; Flight Keys 5D (Flight Ops), Aviation Marketplaces, Traxxall (maintenance), and OneTrust (Data Compliance); MS Office/Project/Excel, Confluence, Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana; Leading and delivering complex projects and programs in the aviation tech sector.
