Understanding of private aviation dynamics and best practices, logistical & financial operations, customer service, maintenance, sales, compliance, and safety; Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices; Presentation, Excel modeling, Gantt chart & road mapping, status reporting; Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills; Experience with: Change management; Conducting meetings with executives and stakeholders; Agile delivery and SDLC; Developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives; Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions; Flight Keys 5D (Flight Ops), Aviation Marketplaces, Traxxall (maintenance), and OneTrust (Data Compliance); MS Office/Project/Excel, Confluence, Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana; Leading and delivering complex projects and programs in the aviation tech sector.
