POSITION SUMMARY:
X-Treme Care is a home health agency located in Bayside, Queens, dedicated to providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions to ensure the agency operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining a well-functioning home care agency and ensuring that both staff and clients are well-supported.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Onboarding HHAs
Updating HHA work schedules
Tracking and managing all physical and medical paperwork to ensure compliance
Assisting with required and relevant training programs and in-service classes
Assisting with HR event planning for caregivers
Communicating with caregivers via phone calls, in-person, emails, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to multitask
Fluent in Korean and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
At least one year Home Care experience or health care setting preferred
Human resources experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
