ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant for a leading cabinet company based in L aVergne , TN . In this role, you will have the chance to work with a high quality cabinet supplier that has been in business over 20 years.

Pay Rate
$ 15.00 per hour DOE

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 :3 0 AM to 5 :3 0 PM

Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities :
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Greet clients as they arrive and check in visitors.
• Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
• Maintain office filing systems and records.
• Assist with data entry, report preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements :
• High school diploma or equivalent required .
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Full-time, temporary to hire
