Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering analytical solutions that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and impactful way.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau, Superset, Preset) to monitor KPIs, trends, and business performance.
- Design and perform exploratory and deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define metrics, design experiments (A/B testing), and measure success.
- Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance and security policies.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices for analytics, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one scripting language (Python or R) for data processing and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Tableau with hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports.
- Experience building analytical solutions with Superset or Preset is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with other data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
