As a Data Management Analyst at FRT, you will

Quickly and accurately extract, load and transform client data.

Responsibilities

• Use ETL tools to load FRT client data
• Develop SQL programming/scripting experience, specifically in Oracle SQL
• Be a source of new business requirements that can be used to automate data loading processes
• Identify and communicate data loading issues
• Quickly synthesize issues for colleagues to look at/resolve
• Document gaps in existing processes
• Verify quality of client data through existing processes
• Build strong relationships with peers across corporate functions, including Data Integration and Client Services professionals, Operations professionals, and Product/technology teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in an ETL role using SQL
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Quantitative field (or 1-2 additional years of experience in a data-driven role)
• Knowledge of database and data storage concepts
• A willingness to work with messy data
• Self-direction and detail orientation, with strong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills
• A team-first approach, prioritizing collaboration over credit, and interest in building strong relationships across functions
• Ability to identify and analyze problems, propose solutions, and anticipate future problem areas
• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous growth
