Money Pages, an innovative, locally owned multimedia company, is recruiting for a new Receptionist; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.
In this role, you will serve as face of the company and provide essential administrative support for cross-functional teams including layout, franchising, and accounting. You will maintain and organize address lists for mailings, create order route maps, manage calendars for the conference rooms, create welcome signs, and answer and route phone calls. You will also maintain the appearance of the office and ensure that the kitchen, conference rooms, and general office spaces are tidy and appealing.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jacksonville, FL. The chosen candidate will work onsite from company headquarters 8:15am-5:15pm Monday-Friday.

Must Haves
- Prior experience in an office role requiring detail orientation and a proactive approach
- Experience providing customer service in a face-to-face environment; passion for the customer experience with a willingness to do what it takes to meet their needs
- Able and willing to handle a multi-line phone and correctly route calls, take accurate messages, and answer customer problems via phone
- Track record of taking initiative and independently solving problems in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to use technology, including Microsoft Office (including Outlook calendar and PowerPoint) and conference room television/audio equipment
- Positive persona and professional presence to make all employees and visitors feel special
- High school diploma
