Confidential attorney with over 18 years of legal experience to his private practice, where he assists clients with all types of complex immigration law issues, criminal defense matters, divorce and family law cases, and estate planning and probate proceedings. With every case, he works tirelessly to help his clients navigate the legal process.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist’s primary function is to meet and greet former, current, and potential new clients and other callers/guests/visitors on the telephone and in person when they visit our office.

What You’ll do:

  1. Answer Incoming Calls.
    • Direct incoming calls.
    • Screen calls.
    • Take messages.
    • Answer basic questions about the firm.
  2. Greet visitors.
    • Create a positive and professional first impression.
    • Make visitors comfortable.
  3. Keep the lobby and reception area neat and clean.
  4. Receive and logs mail, deliveries, and packages.
  5. Schedule couriers.
  6. Date-stamp and scan all incoming mail.
  7. Route all mail and deliveries to the proper person.
  8. Assist other staff and perform general office tasks as requested.
  9. Client Experience Coordination:
    • Create, send and manage Google review request templates (email, text, or printed card) weekly to happy clients.
    • Track the review policy internally: when to ask, who qualifies, and what language to use (to stay compliant with state bar rules)
      • Coordinate with attorneys/paralegals to identify happy clients who may respond positively to a request.
    • Create and maintain a review tracker log (CRM, spreadsheet, or project management board) for outreach and responses.
      • Note and log which staff member the client mentions (for internal recognition)
    • Follow up with clients 1–2 weeks after services are completed if they haven’t yet left a review.
    • Reach out to former clients on a quarterly “touch base” list (if policy allows), especially those who gave verbal praise.
    • Flag duplicate, fake, or problematic reviews to management/Google that require a response.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Prior office experience, and experience with business phone systems and office computer systems and software.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $15.00/Hr.
