We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and other visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage and direct all incoming phone calls and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars for senior staff and executives.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and assist with office supply inventory and ordering as needed.
