Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, professional service to customers via phone, assisting with general inquiries and scheduling.
• Respond to service requests, explain pricing, and assist new customers with setting up services.
• Use RoutePoint software to schedule pest control and builder-related services.
• Address billing questions, resolve invoice issues, and provide follow-up support when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update notes in internal systems, and validate technician paperwork.
• Calmly and professionally de-escalate upset customers and route unresolved issues to a manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or office-based).
• Good Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary software systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
