The Marketing Manager supports the achievement of brand plan, guest satisfaction, and profitability goals by overseeing all marketing initiatives while ensuring daily operational excellence. This hybrid role blends strategic marketing execution with hands-on restaurant operation support ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional food, service, and cleanliness while increasing brand awareness and sales performance.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and localize brand positioning, tone of voice, and marketing assets to resonate with North America customers while maintaining global brand integrity that adhere with brand book standard.
- Conduct market research on consumer behaviors, competitors, and food trends to inform brand and marketing strategies.
- Act as brand custodian, ensuring all touchpoints align with the brand’s standards and values.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, PR, events, in-store activations).
- Work closely with the store team to integrate marketing strategies into the customer experience.
- Develop seasonal and promotional calendars to drive traffic and sales.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners to generate buzz and advocacy.
Digital, Website & Social Media
- Oversee content creation and community management for local social media platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and adapt content strategies based on performance.
Product & Menu management
- Support the development and maintenance of menu & pricing execution.
Financial & Sales Analysis
- Support P&L management through cost control in food, paper, labor, and marketing spend.
- Interpret sales and promotional data to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide performance updates to operations and marketing leadership.
Operations Support
- Support the store in achieving sales, profitability, and FSC (Food, Service, Cleanliness) targets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years combined experience in restaurant operations and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/manager role.
- Proven ability to lead teams while executing marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales and promotional performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, organization, and event-planning skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule & location if needed.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with POS systems preferred.
- Willing to report to Irvine, California.
