What You Will Do As a Human Resources Generalist
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as the HR Business Partner for multiple corporate groups, providing strategic and hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage the learning function by creating and delivering training opportunities such as lunch & learns, guest speakers, and in-person training sessions. In addition, you will lead engagement initiatives and corporate events, and ensure consistent, people-focused HR practices.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Serve as the dedicated HR Business Partner for non-exempt corporate teams, supporting the full lifecycle from onboarding through engagement, performance management, and offboarding—ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience.
- Partner with the HR Director to drive employee engagement by designing and delivering initiatives that strengthen culture and lead the planning and execution of all HR-led corporate events to ensure they are organized, impactful, and reflective of company values.
- Partner with the Director of HR on the performance review processes, including maintaining Workday configuration, launch plans, QRGs, and communications.
- Manage the full offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, coordinating all logistics, supporting outplacement services, handling employee record requests, and ensuring a positive, professional transition for departing employees.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate insights, and deliver reporting that supports decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR leadership to continuously improve processes, policies and engagement strategies.
Skills For Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a corporate office environment with demonstrated development and support of HR programs or initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and connect at all levels.
- Experience planning and managing corporate events or employee engagement programs.
- HRIS experience (Workday strongly preferred) with strong attention to detail in data management.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 processes and audits is a plus.
- Ability to balance compliance requirements with a people-first mindset.
- Have a natural curiosity about business and how HR strategies and initiatives impact overall organizational goals.
