Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Your Role as a Social Worker

• Provide Direction & Support - Help patients develop treatment and recovery plans tailored to their needs
• Facilitate Individual & Group Therapy Sessions - Using Motivational Interviewing and other evidence-based techniques
• Monitor Patient Progress - Adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure success
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team - Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and support staff
• Identify Barriers to Recovery - Help clients overcome obstacles on their path to sobriety
• Educate & Support Families - Guide loved ones in understanding the recovery process

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following credentials in the state of Indiana: CADACII or higher
• Master’s degree preferred (but not required if you have relevant experience)
• LAC, LCAC, LSW, or LMHC required
• Experience in substance abuse treatment and mental health counseling
• Strong knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and other recovery-focused approaches
