Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule / Shift Day 4x10-Hour shifts (07:30 - 18:00) with primary and backup call rotations on weekends and evenings/nights.
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vascular studies and neuro procedures, including experience with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform a range of interventional radiology procedures, including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, and biopsies.
Manage patient care and preparation for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records, utilizing PACS and contrast management.
Participate in daily case load management, handling approximately 13-17 cases per day.
Provide emergency response and support during neuro and body procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology.
Valid BLS and ARRT certification; ARRT Advanced certification preferred.
Experience with EPIC and Visage systems preferred.
Inpatient hospital experience, including trauma and outpatient settings is a plus.
