Office Manager - Organized, Friendly, and Customer-Focused
We’re a small, close-knit team looking for a stellar Office Manager to become the heart of our office. If you're a highly organized people-person who brings great energy, keeps things running smoothly, and knows your way around Office tools and customer interactions, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the welcoming face and voice of our company - creating a positive and professional experience for clients and visitors.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and maintain excellent communication with clients and team members.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients - you’re a natural at keeping calendars on point.
Maintain and organize files, both digital and paper, so nothing ever gets lost in the shuffle.
Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine - supplies, schedules, small details - you’ve got it all covered.
Maintain Bookkeeping and invoicing tasks (Experience with QuickBooks is a strong advantage).
Update and manage our CRM system to keep client info current and projects on track.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools to create reports, organize data, and support team operations.
