CRC Enterprises, a respected firm specializing in civil engineering and land surveying, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word, and possess strong communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Perform bookkeeping duties including invoicing, billing, accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Use Excel to track data, generate reports, and assist with budgeting
Draft, format, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word
Order and manage office supplies, handle mail, and coordinate office maintenance
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word is required
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Experience in a civil engineering, surveying, or related professional environment is a plus
