Bilingual Centralized Lending Specialist (Mortgage Loan Officer)
Location: Chandler, AZ | Onsite (WFH flexibility after training) Compensation: $31.25/hour
Overview One of the world’s largest Fortune 100 financial institutions is seeking Bilingual Centralized Lending Specialists to join its growing mortgage team. In this role, you’ll support new and existing clients in financing the purchase of a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or obtaining a home equity line of credit. You’ll guide clients through the lending process — from analyzing financial goals and identifying the right product, to submitting applications and supporting them through documentation and closing.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client care through inbound and outbound calls. Analyze client needs and recommend optimal lending solutions. Submit mortgage applications and assist clients with required documentation. Communicate proactively with clients and business partners throughout the loan process. Utilize multiple technology systems to support customers and referral partners. Identify opportunities to recommend additional financial products through referrals. Manage client experience end-to-end, balancing performance, compliance, and relationship care.
Required Qualifications
1+ year sales and mortgage experience. Strong client care mentality with ability to listen, assess, and recommend solutions. Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Adaptability and flexibility, including ability to work weekends/extended hours. Comfortable using multiple technology platforms. High School Diploma / GED required.
Desired Qualifications
Contact center experience. Knowledge of mortgage loan products (Conventional, Jumbo, Government). Familiarity with FHA and HUD guidelines. Understanding of underwriting, closing, and lending regulations. Strong consultative and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze financial/credit data and recommend alternatives.
Compensation & Benefits
