Mortgage Loan Officer Charlotte, North Carolina | On-Site Schedule:
MondayFriday, 10:00 AM7:00 PM ET; rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM3:30 PM Company:
ARC Group is recruiting on behalf of our Fortune 500 client for multiple Mortgage Loan Officers. This is an on-site role. Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to assist new and existing clients in financing the purchase of a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or obtaining a home equity line of credit. This role involves analyzing clients' financial goals, recommending optimal lending products, submitting mortgage applications, guiding clients in gathering necessary documentation, and keeping clients informed throughout the loan process. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls within a call center environment.
Evaluate clients' financial situations and identify the best mortgage solutions.
Submit mortgage applications and assist clients with required documentation.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure a smooth loan process.
Collaborate with internal partners to resolve post-sale issues efficiently.
Uphold compliance with all federal, state, and SAFE Act regulations.
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Required Qualifications: 1+ year of sales and mortgage experience.
Strong relationship-building and client-care mindset.
Ability to actively listen and assess client needs.
Knowledge of multiple mortgage products and willingness to learn platform systems.
Strong customer service skills and ability to manage end-to-end mortgage origination.
Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-volume workloads.
Excellent communication skillswritten, oral, and non-verbal.
Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively.
Commitment to professional ethics and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications: Previous contact center experience.
Familiarity with loan products, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and Government loans.
Ability to analyze financial and credit data and advise clients on product and pricing options.
Knowledge of FHA and HUD guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to ask probing questions to uncover opportunities.
Compliance Requirement: This position requires SAFE Act registration. All employees engaged in residential loan origination must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
