Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is seeking a client-facing Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of $1.5MM and $2.5MM of project work. This role serves as the primary operational connection between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless project execution across all departments while maintaining the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Hybrid Role:
This role is onsite in the Milwaukee office three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and remote two days (Thursday and Friday).
Salary:
$65,000 - $70,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Management & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Lead status updates, and project reviews with confidence and clarity
Translate client objectives and feedback into actionable project requirements for internal teams
Proactively communicate project status, potential risks, and solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders
Project Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Coordinate workflow across creative, strategy, account, production, and digital teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Establish and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and approval processes
Resource & Budget Management
Allocate and optimize team resources across projects to maximize efficiency and profitability
Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring all work is delivered within approved financial parameters
Collaborate with account and department leads to balance workload and capacity planning
Track and report on project profitability and resource utilization
Quality Assurance & Delivery
Ensure all deliverable meet agency and client standards
Manage approval workflows and revision cycles to maintain project momentum
Oversee final delivery of all project components, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of project management experience in advertising, marketing, or creative services environment
Experience with Kantata, Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management software platforms
Proven track record managing client relationships and complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Strong understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and digital marketing
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices
Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $500K+
Qualifications
PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification
Familiarity with creative production processes including video, digital, print, and experiential marketing
Experience with budget forecasting and financial reporting
Understanding of digital marketing channels and measurement
