  • Responsible to communicating with cross-functional Software development Teams to create processes related to automation to reduce manual work or to build software products and automation tools related to management and business analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational workflows across departments to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and automation opportunities, applying structured methodologies.
  • Utilize advanced Excel modelling, data-based queries, and BI tools to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets by forecasting expenditures, analyzing financial variances, and conducting ROI assessments to guide cost-effective resource allocation and strategic investment.
  • Conduct thorough spend analysis of SaaS tools and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead negotiations or vendor evaluations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators, providing senior leadership with real-time insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and IT leadership to identify organizational needs, then translate them into scalable operational strategies, process enhancements, and data governance frameworks.
  • Perform quantitative workforce analysis and predictive modeling to inform decisions on team structures, staffing plans, and automation strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and scalability requirements.
  • Support internal audits and risk assessments by ensuring adherence to financial and operational controls, regulatory standards, and best practices in data security and organizational resilience.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning initiatives by developing financial models, market analyses, and risk-adjusted forecasts under various operational scenarios to support executive-level planning and investor communication.
  • Manage and support the rollout of new systems and process improvements; develop SOPs, training materials, and adoption strategies to ensure organizational buy-in and process alignment.
Qualifications &Experience
  • Bachelors degree required in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and observations.
  • Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
