is currently seeking an experienced attorney with a focus on estate planning and probate matters. This role offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking legal team that emphasizes professional autonomy, meaningful client work, and a supportive environment designed to help legal professionals grow their practices while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Duties:
Handle estate planning matters including drafting wills, trusts, and related legal documents. Represent clients in probate proceedings and advise on estate administration. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and correspondence. Maintain regular and clear communication with clients to provide sound legal advice. Build and manage a personal book of business while leveraging firm-generated leads. Participate in regular business development and networking activities to expand reach and client base. Accurately update internal systems with case, billing, and client data. Ensure legal support staff are efficiently utilized and productive. Proactively engage in firm branding through content creation and public participation. Monitor billing practices to meet performance benchmarks and ensure timely collections. Share the workload with colleagues as needed to meet community service objectives. Strive for high client satisfaction and online reputation through active feedback solicitation. Meet annual billing expectations with an average of 30 hours per week. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on estate planning and probate. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proven legal research capabilities and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated initiative in business development and client retention. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with legal technology and case management systems. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution. Certifications:
Active license to practice law in Idaho, or eligibility for admission by reciprocity. Skills:
Client-focused approach with exceptional interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive client engagement. Attention to detail in billing, time management, and documentation. Ability to manage deadlines and caseload efficiently. Interest in community involvement and professional outreach. Job Location:
