H&R Block . Joining us as a

Multi-Unit Team Leader , you’ll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. You’ll lead customer-centric teams across the offices you manage to accelerate seasonal tax business. This role is not remote and requires in-person work. You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season and transition to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed. Serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving office growth objectives for three tax offices. Provide leadership to customer-centric teams and accelerate seasonal tax business across multiple offices. Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates. Create associate work schedules across all offices and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management. Travel between offices as required. Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment (as applicable). What you'll bring to the team

Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders. Partner with the District General Manager (DGM) to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, including developing local partnerships and managing office community involvement. Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions. Conduct timely performance reviews and coordinate with the Associate Relations Center to address performance concerns. Build an engaging team environment across all offices through training and coaching, recognizing outstanding contributions. Travel between offices as required. Your Expertise

People management experience with ability to grow and develop associates. Aptitude for executing growth plans and leading toward a growth culture. Strong decision-making and judgment skills, with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset to understand and exceed client needs. Computer proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience. Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns). Why work for us

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $40.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits including medical, 401(k), and other programs.
