My client is seeking an IT Program Manager to run their new program supporting the Navy out of Norfolk Naval Station. Their day to day responsibilities will include serving as the government's primary POC and providing supervision for all 30+ employees supporting this effort, prepare and deliver briefings to upper management, explain and demonstrate how system requirements align with command's mission, and manage the development of a large multi-million dollar world-wide IT system/project.
