HVAC Service Sales Representative - HVAC - Base Salary to 80k/year - Chicago, IL

They are currently looking to add an HVAC Commercial Sales Rep to their team as they continue to grow.

The HVAC Service Sales Representative will drive new business, maintain client relationships, and promote HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial clients, leveraging their technical expertise and strong market network. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow service business in the commercial and industrial HVAC markets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with facility managers, building owners, general contractors, and property management firms

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while generating new business opportunities

Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC service solutions

Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective and current clients

Collaborate with operations, marketing, service technicians, and project managers to ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software or assigned tools

Stay informed on HVAC mechanical systems, industry trends, code changes, and best practices

Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry association meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads Qualifications: Proven success in HVAC or mechanical services sales, preferably 5+ years

Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial mechanical systems and service contracts

Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation: Base salary to 80k/year plus commission
