Summary: We are representing a reputable general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver successful projects from preconstruction through final completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to direct project teams while maintaining the company’s culture and values. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to closeout
Oversee multiple projects concurrently and ensure successful delivery
Direct project teams including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff
Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to address project needs
Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation
Provide proactive solutions to project challenges in real time
Maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners
Qualifications Must Have Proven expertise in managing all aspects of construction projects
Self-directed, self-motivated, and passionate about construction
Ability to lead and direct one or more project teams
Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills
Loyalty, humility, and a can-do attitude
HCAI/OSHPD project experience preferred for healthcare-related work
Qualifications Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
Strong skills in the following software: • Microsoft Word, Excel, Project • Project Management Software (Viewpoint and Procore a plus) • Primavera Scheduling Software • Bluebeam/Adobe • Revit or Navisworks
