Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with business users.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.

• Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and wireframes as needed.

• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate issue resolution.

• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, or similar.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Domain expertise in [Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, etc. – adjust as needed].
