Head of Mobile Engineering
to lead our mobile development efforts and shape the future of our
React Native applications . This is a senior leadership role where you\'ll drive strategy, mentor engineers, and stay connected to hands-on technical work.
What you\'ll do
Define the
technical vision, strategy, and roadmap
for mobile engineering
Lead, grow, and mentor a team of talented React Native developers
Oversee architecture and design for
scalable, secure, and high-performance
mobile applications
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless experiences
Ensure strong engineering practices:
CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and high-quality releases
Manage integrations with
RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS/Firebase)
What we\'re looking for
8+ years in mobile engineering, with at least 5+ years working with React Native
US Citizens and Greencard Holders only
Proven leadership experience (Head of Mobile, Director, or Engineering Manager)
Expertise in
TypeScript, React Native, React, and cross-platform architecture
Track record of delivering large-scale mobile apps to the iOS & Android app stores
Familiarity with
backend frameworks (Node.js, NestJS/Express) & databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, security, and scalability
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience
building and scaling teams
Bonus: Experience with
cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
and DevOps practices
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range:
$175K - $235K
plus bonus/equity
Hybrid role - Tampa, FL (2-3 days/week in-office)
