2026 Blackstone Software Engineer Summer Analyst — Miami, FL. Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTi) is the technology team at the core of Blackstone’s businesses and new growth initiatives. BXTi builds the next generation of systems that manage risk, create efficiency, and improve transparency across Blackstone and its investor and portfolio communities. Job Description
As a Summer Software Engineer, you’ll develop innovative technologies that are changing the Private Equity industry. You’ll work with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design, build, deploy, and support Blackstone Innovations" suite of applications. Our custom-built applications are primarily developed in Python, C#, or JavaScript/React/Node.js, using relational and NoSQL databases and hosted on AWS. We leverage cloud-native container-based and serverless architectures and build robust data pipelines connecting to Snowflake for data analysis and visualization. You’ll solve meaningful technical challenges in an entrepreneurial environment at a leading firm. Responsibilities
Build web applications, services, and functionality on a variety of platforms Use our AI SDK to store and fetch data for use in AI models tailored to business users Develop on AWS to build scalable and robust solutions Utilize Docker to create containerized microservices Automate infrastructure configuration using Terraform and Puppet Use tools such as Airflow and Snowflake to build data pipelines Integrate JavaScript libraries such as React to deliver seamless user experiences Design data models and persist data in Relational and NoSQL databases Utilize Kafka and SQS for messaging Build caching layers using Redis Use Jenkins and Gitlab to automate deployments Write automated unit, integration, and deployment tests Qualifications
Object-oriented programming experience in any language A desire to learn and adapt to new technologies A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude A desire to keep improving Requirements
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA Resume must be in PDF format Compensation and Equal Opportunity
Expected annual base salary range: $125,000 - $125,000. Actual base salary will depend on experience, skills, qualifications and location.
