Drive the strategic evolution of internal mobility experiences within Amazon's Talent Acquisition Technology organization. In this influential role, you will reimagine how Amazon connects its global workforce with career opportunities, creating innovations that transform the internal hiring experience at unprecedented scale. You will own critical technology solutions that enable Amazon to identify, develop, and mobilize exceptional internal talent who will drive our customer-obsessed culture forward. Your contributions will directly impact Amazon's ability to build high-performing teams across the company through streamlined internal hiring workflows, intelligent talent matching, and intuitive self-service experiences that empower both employees and managers throughout their career journeys. Key responsibilities
Collaborate with fellow product managers to execute on the shared vision for transforming how Amazonians navigate their career journeys. Own specific components within the internal mobility ecosystem, focusing on streamlining and modernizing the Internal Transfer experience. Design self-service capabilities that reduce friction in the internal transfer process, enabling employees to discover opportunities aligned with their career aspirations and helping managers identify internal talent that matches team needs. Partner with AI/ML specialists to develop intelligent solutions that proactively connect employees with relevant roles based on skills and experience. Work across engineering, design, recruiting operations, and HR to ensure solutions integrate with Amazon's broader talent acquisition infrastructure (Hire, Talent Exchange, Amazon Journey Builder). Measure and analyze to continuously refine product components and improve metrics such as time-to-fill and internal mobility rates. Drive change management and adoption of new tools while ensuring compliance with Amazon's hiring policies. Deliver technical solutions that make internal mobility more accessible, transparent, and effective for all Amazonians, from frontline associates to experienced professionals seeking new challenges. Your calendar reflects the multifaceted nature of product ownership, shifting between strategic and tactical work. You toggle between analyzing internal mobility metrics and collaborating with engineers on a critical service degradation in the Internal Transfer Workflow. You review UX prototypes for a new experience connecting Managers with internal candidates within A to Z, providing feedback that balances employee delight with technical feasibility. A quick coffee chat with a peer in operations yields insights about challenges frontline managers face when supporting employee growth while managing headcount, sparking ideas for new features to balance individual career aspirations with business continuity. Throughout it all, you remain anchored by the knowledge that each improvement to your platform impacts tens of thousands of Amazonians' career journeys and Amazon's ability to develop and retain exceptional talent. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - 2+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
