About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Business and Leadership, a role that is pivotal in the institution's mission to develop leaders through a liberal arts education. This includes serving as the chief advocate for the school's mission, both internally and externally, and engaging in fundraising and relationship-building activities. The role requires a minimum of a master's degree and a proven record of broad and progressive administrative and leadership experience, with a preference for those who can also qualify for a faculty appointment.
