We are seeking a dedicated attending physician with fellowship training in geriatric medicine to join a collaborative academic team focused on delivering high-quality care to older adults. This role combines clinical practice with teaching and academic engagement, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of geriatric care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults in a modern, multidisciplinary outpatient setting
- Serve as core faculty for a geriatrics training program, mentoring residents and fellows
- Deliver geriatrics-focused education and participate in academic programming
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care models
- Engage in scholarly activities and pursue academic projects aligned with your interests
- Participate in institutional conferences and collaborative care initiatives

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in New York State

- Experience working in team-based care settings
- Passion for improving care delivery for older adults
