Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Schedule: Flexible Full-Time Nursing Facility & Community-Based Geriatric Care

Position Overview

Join a compassionate, mission-driven Geriatrics team caring for older adults across 8 local nursing facilities and supporting the Thrive Advanced Care Coordination Program . This position balances clinical autonomy with academic involvement , offering the opportunity to teach residents, fellows, and medical students.

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine
OR
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with geriatric experience
Michigan Medical License (or willing to obtain)
DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain)
Geriatric patient care experience Required
Not accepting visa candidates, locums, commuters, or moonlighters
Clean malpractice history Preferred
