Customer Service Representative We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Glendale Heights, IL. This full-time, in-office role supports our e-commerce operations by providing exceptional service across more than 100 client webstores. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoy solving problems while delivering top-tier customer support, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and website.
  • Process and release online orders to our warehouse team.
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse departments to resolve order issues and ensure timely shipments.
  • Coordinate special print requests and multi-address orders.
  • Print custom labels for events and hotel deliveries.
  • Manage canceled orders and assist with returns or exchanges.
  • Navigate internal systems including proprietary web software and NetSuite by Oracle.
  • Communicate between office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and web navigation.
  • Ability to manage multiple software tools, emails, chats, and calls simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • High School diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional office experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer support or administrative experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce or promotional products is a plus.
Job Details:

  • 100% onsite
  • Pay is $45k-$55k, depending on experience

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
