Customer Service Representative We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Glendale Heights, IL. This full-time, in-office role supports our e-commerce operations by providing exceptional service across more than 100 client webstores. - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and website.
- Process and release online orders to our warehouse team.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse departments to resolve order issues and ensure timely shipments.
- Coordinate special print requests and multi-address orders.
- Print custom labels for events and hotel deliveries.
- Manage canceled orders and assist with returns or exchanges.
- Navigate internal systems including proprietary web software and NetSuite by Oracle.
- Communicate between office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and web navigation.
- Ability to manage multiple software tools, emails, chats, and calls simultaneously.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- High School diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional office experience.
- At least 1 year of customer support or administrative experience.
- Experience in e-commerce or promotional products is a plus.

- 100% onsite
- Pay is $45k-$55k, depending on experience
