Technology Talent Sourcing Professional Location: Johnston, RI Pay: $27/hr Schedule: Hybrid (1 day work from home) We are seeking a Technology Talent Sourcing Professional to join the Talent Acquisition team at a financial institution in Johnston, RI. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our passive candidate pipeline initiatives, leveraging a wide range of sourcing tools and techniques to identify, engage, and build relationships with top technology talent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing hard-to-fill technology positions, developing proactive sourcing strategies, and engaging with candidates through multiple channels. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on specific business needs, required skills, and locations. Proactively source, engage, and qualify both active and passive candidates while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines. Partner with Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners to align pipeline development with organizational needs. Research and assess new sourcing methods, tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment strategies. Conduct external market benchmarking to understand competitive talent trends and advise on best practices. Drive diversity-focused recruiting strategies to build inclusive talent pipelines. Utilize social media and networking channels to market roles, attract candidates, and expand professional networks. Conduct initial candidate screenings and effectively communicate our company’s value proposition. Manage CRM tools to track, measure, and report on sourcing activities and recruitment metrics. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience sourcing technology candidates, with proven success in engaging passive talent. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, competitor mapping, and online licensing lists. Advanced technical skills and the ability to navigate multiple sourcing platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and positively represent the company and its opportunities. Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in diversity recruiting strategies. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
