Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Technology Executive Recruiter with a strong focus on technology roles. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering top-tier tech talent for executive and senior-level positions across our clients' organizations. The ideal candidate brings deep sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and a consultative approach to executive hiring. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end executive search process for senior and leadership technology roles (Engineering, Data, Product, etc.)

Partner closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business needs and define role requirements

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-impact talent through advanced research, headhunting, and networking

Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and industry connections

Engage and evaluate passive talent, assess cultural and technical fit, and manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle

Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to influence hiring strategies

Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and deliver weekly pipeline reports

Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience in executive or senior-level tech recruitment, preferably within an executive search firm or agency setting

Proven success in sourcing and placing hard-to-find tech talent (e.g., Engineering Directors, CTOs, Architects)

Strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape, roles, and compensation trends

Excellent sourcing skills with expertise in Boolean search, market mapping, and direct outreach

Professional communication and stakeholder management skills

Self-driven, resourceful, and highly organized
