As
Product Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and growth of Moore's data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for executing the product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch plans for our portfolio of products. You will work closely with marketing, sales, communications, and business leaders to ensure the product strategy aligns with Moore's marketing objectives and target markets. You will also be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to the overall vision and goals of the department.

Your Impact:
Drive measurable impact on pipeline creation, product adoption, and revenue growth through strategic go-to-market execution. Develop, implement, and communicate the product marketing vision, goals, and roadmap Develop go-to-market project plans (objectives, channels, timelines, owners) and run launches from conception to execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met across web, email, social, events, digital, and PR. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and product strategy, identify trends, opportunities, and threats; translate insights into actionable strategies. Implement structured processes for launch readiness, including stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation. Define, refine, and maintain detailed buyer personas based on customer research, behavioral data, and sales feedback. Partner with product management to align marketing with product development cycles Influence and align stakeholders across product, sales, customer success, and marketing to execute unified go-to-market strategies. Develop customer journey maps and lifecycle marketing strategies Translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions tailored to buyer needs and market trends. Build product narratives that resonate with target audiences, differentiating Moore in a competitive marketplace. Create and maintain collateral (web copy, one-pagers, decks, case studies, videos, demo scripts) and equip sales with battlecards, objection handling, and competitive intelligence Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create and deliver product marketing collateral, such as website copy, brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, speaking opportunities, and videos. Define and track key product marketing KPIs, including adoption rates, campaign performance, and content engagement. Use data-driven insights to optimize go-to-market strategies and improve ROI over time. Develop and manage the product marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact Other duties as requested Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree. Education in marketing, design, communication, or related field a plus At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B marketing for SaaS, data analytics, or nonprofit technology solutions Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems. Proven track record of leading and executing successful product launches and campaigns across channels. Experience aligning product marketing strategies to pipeline growth, product adoption, and annual recurring revenue and retention goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and channels Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Expertise in managing product launch timelines, stakeholder coordination, and readiness checklists. Proficiency in defining KPIs, interpreting campaign and product adoption data, and using insights to optimize strategy. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and insights and generate innovative and effective marketing solutions Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments Self-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of individuals Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
