Our client, a leading Customer Service organization, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills, prior customer service experience and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Altamonte Springs, FL (onsite)
Pay:
$17 per hour
Type:
Direct Hire "perm"
Schedule: 40 hour week
Must be available Mon - Fri, 8:00am to 9:30pm (schedule varies within these hours)
What's the Job?
Provide customer support via inbound calls, email, and chat for online financial clients
Assist clients with inquiries, account issues, and service requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow established protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery
What's Needed?
Customer service experience, with a focus on professional communication
Proficient computer skills, including Office applications, company database, and dual monitor setup
Call center experience is preferred but not required
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
