Customer Service Representative
Our client, a leading customer service organization, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Pay Range: $16.00-$16.50 per hour Shift: Various schedules available; Day, Evening and Overnight What's the Job? Track customer waitlists, voucher verification requests, and refund approval requests using a web-based CRM platform. Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program. Develop and nurture customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty. Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure satisfaction and retention. Process tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed. What's Needed? Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications. Knowledge of brand loyalty and concierge services is a plus. What's in it for me?
