We’re seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our construction team as construction laborers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and grow your skills on the job. Any prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus, but not required—we value a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and clear communication above all.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Perform basic site preparation and cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision
• Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate clearly and consistently with supervisors and team members about daily tasks and progress
• Carry out tasks as directed by the site supervisor or general contractor.

✅ Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong communication skills—daily task updates and teamwork are essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Punctual and dependable

• Previous construction or manual labor experience
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
