Systems Integrator (Building Automation Systems)

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading energy solutions company in the Jacksonville, NC area that is seeking a Systems Integrator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, working Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, with excellent benefits. Responsibilities: Program, install, commission, and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (DDC controls, interfaces, alarms, trend logs). Integrate systems across different manufacturers and protocols (BACnet, MODBUS, LON, N2, etc.). Maintain and update field documentation, deliver customer training, and provide technical support. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance. Participate in project planning, team meetings, and professional development opportunities. Maintain a valid driver’s license and adhere to company vehicle policy. Requirements: Commercial BAS programming experience; proficiency with JCI, Distech, and Tridium Niagara 4 required. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems. Basic electrical circuit knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software quickly. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
