Their engineering team is hands-on and deeply technical—designing, manufacturing, and iterating rapidly. As an Electrical Engineer, you'll be a key contributor in designing, building, and testing electrical systems end-to-end—from initial concept and schematic design to manufacturing and production testing. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to iterate fast, build prototypes, and solve tough technical challenges in real-world environments. Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack electrical engineering Proven ability to take a board from requirements through to production Strong lab skills: oscilloscopes, VNAs, SMT soldering, PCB bring-up Skilled in Altium Designer for schematic and layout work Demonstrated ownership of hardware products or systems Experience in extracurriculars or hobbyist activities (e.g., Baja SAE, FPV drone racing, personal projects) Preferred
2–10 years of total experience; sweet spot is around 5 Previous startup or high-urgency environment experience Familiarity with embedded programming, control systems, or RF engineering Experience designing products for constrained environments or autonomous systems U.S. Citizenship required (Must be eligible for Top Secret clearance) No current visa sponsorship available Compensation, Benefits, and Other Details
Base Salary: $120,000–$200,000 Equity: Up to 50–100% of base comp depending on seniority Full-time, onsite role in El Segundo, CA Opportunity to work on highly technical, meaningful projects in a mission-driven environment Fast-paced, execution-focused team with rapid product iteration cycles Multiple openings available — we’re hiring 3–5 engineers for this role
