Accounts Receivable Team Lead
Addison Group is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Team Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established healthcare organization. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership experience in pathology billing and a collaborative, team-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of AR specialists, including offshore coordination Actively manage accounts while coaching and mentoring team members Handle escalated issues and contribute to special projects Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and team performance Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing across multiple payors Utilize systems such as Availity and RealMed for AR functions Qualifications: Experience in private/independent lab or hospital lab settings highly preferred Strong understanding of pathology billing required Proven leadership experience (Team Lead or Supervisor title required) Familiarity with both government and commercial payors Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills Perks: Direct hire with full benefits Flexible schedule Opportunity to lead a growing and tenured team Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
