About the Opportunity: Addison Group is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Team Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established healthcare organization. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership experience in pathology billing and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of AR specialists, including offshore coordination Actively manage accounts while coaching and mentoring team members Handle escalated issues and contribute to special projects Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and team performance Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing across multiple payors Utilize systems such as Availity and RealMed for AR functions Qualifications: Experience in

private/independent
