We are looking for a

Customer Service Specialist

to join a well-established financial services organization in Hudson, OH. In this role, you will receive hands-on training to deliver outstanding support and create a positive experience for clients. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: Setting up new accounts in a CRM System Adding Documents to new account files Answer calls and emails from external constituents Resolve customer issues in a timely manner The ideal candidate for this role will have:

1-2 years experience in a professional customer service position High level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and customer service. MS Excel experience to work within created spreadsheets.
