The new AdventHealth Riverview hospital will include 82 beds at time of opening with space to expand to 202 beds in the future. This $250 million project in Riverview also includes a 100,000 square foot, four-story Medical Office Building that will provide community members convenient access to expert care. AdventHealth Riverview will offer a wide range of health care services which includes emergency, cardiovascular, digestive, urology, orthopedic and womens care. The role you'll contribute: The frontline Representative is responsible for fielding and resolving inquiries via phone, chat, and other potential contact methods within the centralized WFD Network Access Center (NAC). Expectations of this role include providing exceptional customer service, striving to anticipate and meet the needs of AdventHealth consumers, treating all consumers and colleagues with dignity and respect, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards. The frontline Representative reports to the department Supervisor and maintains a working knowledge of AdventHealth service offerings, service workflows, and contact center technologies necessary to perform all job functions. The Network Access Center Specialist II works to provide a true concierge level of service to the members proactively anticipating members needs helping them navigate the healthcare system. They are required to be well versed in the various skills deployed within the NAC and maintain the knowledge of multiple region-based care. The value you'll bring to the team: Resolves consumer inquiries promptly using critical thinking skills. Successfully resolves customer inquiries with empowerment. Adheres to established workflows, scripting, and department greetings. Creates a delightful customer experience by setting proper expectations and consistently following through with end-users. Thoroughly documents all interactions and consistently updates consumer records in relevant technology systems.
