About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet

Personal Assistant

to support our CEO in a growing preschool and education organization. This part-time role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both professional and personal executive tasks. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and reminders with precision. Screen and triage emails, draft professional communications, and handle sensitive information. Coordinate domestic travel and provide occasional airport drop-offs/pick-ups. Support business operations, including scheduling calls, preparing agendas, and tracking weekly goals. Prepare professional documents, presentations, and standard operating procedures using Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana preferred). Attend meetings as needed, take notes, and follow up on action items. Serve as the CEO's gatekeeper, managing priorities and ensuring smooth daily operations. Qualifications:

Local to Pitt/Craven County, NC, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or senior administrative support. Proficient in Google Workspace; project management tool experience (Asana preferred; GoHighLevel, ProCare, or Rippling a plus). Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality (NDA required). Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor. What We Offer:
