Position Summary: Under direct supervision, the HR Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring accurate data entry, timely task completion, and smooth HR operations. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of HR systems, assisting with employee lifecycle processes, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. What You Will Do
Provide administrative support to the HR team across all areas of HR. Accurately enter, maintain, and update employee data in HR systems and personnel files. Respond to requests for Verification of Employment, Unemployment Claims and other inquires in a timely manner. Help coordinate training initiatives, professional development opportunities, employee engagement activities, and special events and functions. Contribute to the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures, offering recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies. Contribute to HR team initiatives and special projects. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information. Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices. Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support HR and organizational goals. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. What You Will Need to be Successful
Associates Degree and 12 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred; HR internship or coursework a plus. Strong data entry and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems preferred.
